In this book, he expressed his point of view especially much about "Religion". Most of his points are very undeniable . . .

He also mentioned about "Psychoanalysts" and it reminds me a lot about my counsellor life . . . yeap . . . we need a certain distance to see things clearly.

I like his way of learning from others; see both light and dark sides, strength and weakness, so and so . . .

I think his way only itself is not enough. He reminds quite much to practice meditation but I couldn't find his way of meditation in detail. May be need to find his book that include detailed method of meditation or other books like Joseph Goldstein's.
