A night without Armor, Jewel

I heard about this Poem book by Jewel since 3 years ago. I got some (about 12) audio clips of poems read by Jewel from my friends last 2 years ago. And almost last one year ago, I got 86 audio clips of poems which become lullaby for my nights. At last, I found this book!
I love most of her poems both ways of audio and written . . . Wish I can do my poems like her some days :P The followings are some poems quite similar with what I feel and that I really really like from "A Night Without Armor".

P.S.  ( by Jewel © )

I wrote you those nice
poems only because
the honest ones
would frighten you.

Sometimes
( by Jewel © )

Sometimes
I feel
my heart
    fall
to vague depths
             between
words there
are such
spaces that
I can't help
but feel
My Heart
        fall
             between
the pregnant pause
      of all you will
             not say
             and all
             I can
             not ask.

Saved from Myself
( by Jewel © )

How often I've cried out
in silent tongue
to be saved
from myself

in the middle of the night
too afraid
to move

horrified the answer
may be beyond the
capability of my
own two hands

so small

(no one should feel this alone)

You Tell Me
( by Jewel © )

It cannot be so
     you say
simple hands
cannot change
the fate of humanity.
     I say
Humanity is
a boundless,
absorbing heart
transcending
death & generations
and centuries
absorbing bullets
and stitches
and tear gas
enduring humiliation
and illegal abortions
and thankless jobs
     I say to you
the heart of Humanity
has not
and will not
be broken
And let us raise ourselves
like lanterns
with the millions of others
with the mad
and the forgotten
and the strong of heart
to shine.
